摘要: Abstract In order to improve the fracture toughness of ZrB 2 ceramics, as-received and heat treated short carbon fiber reinforced -based composites were fabricated by hot pressing. The toughening effects fibers studied investigating relative density, phase composition, microstructure mechanical properties composites. It was found that densification behavior, influenced fibers’ surface condition. more appropriate toughen composites, due high graphitization degree, low activity weak interfacial bonding. As a result, with heat-treated is 7.62 ± 0.12 MPa m 1/2 , which increased 10% as compared (6.89 ± 0.16 MPa m ).
