摘要: Substance P (SP) is a neuropeptide widely distributed in the nervous system. Extensive study has shown SP stimulates production of various cytokines by bone marrow stromal cells, although, role hematopoietic phenomena still unclear. Recently, we established human cloned cell line, HAS303, which can support stem proliferation and differentiation vitro. We used this culture system to examine effects SP.
