摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance anaerobic co-digestion food waste (FW) and sewage sludge (SS) at high organic load with aid an inorganic adsorbent supplementary. From BMP tests seven mesophilic reactors, it found that stability system hindered higher due low alkalinity capacity (1600 mg/L) excessive accumulation inhibitory substances such as free ammonia VFA. Thus, low-cost applied enhance digestion process (12.8 g VS/L). results showed addition 1 g sorghum-based activated carbon (SAC) (4 g TS/L) stabilized system, reduced T-VFA concentration from 267 39 mg/L, 1300 under 600 mg/L, respectively. Consequently, methane yield increased 201 272 mL/g VS (35%), solid retention time (SRT) by 34%, T-COD removal achieved 79.38%. However, a further increase SAC biogas generation decreased adsorption VFAs.
