摘要: The effects of intraocular pressure on aqueous outflow facility and mechanical tension the iridocorneal angle were evaluated in 44 excised postmortem human eyes. Mechanical was induced by depression crystalline lens posteriorly a quantitative manner to simulate effect cyclotonia aqueout outflow. In eyes perfused at constant but with stepwise increases depression, increase produced increased minimal low levels (2.5 5 mm Hg) greatest higher (10 25 Hg). Conversely, pairs over graded series increasing pressure, subjected maximal remained until exceeded 20 Hg; fellow eyes, without diminished linearly pressure.
