摘要: Abstract An electrochemical amperometric nitrogen dioxide sensor with solid polymer electrolyte has been fabricated on flexible substrate by screen printing technology. The concept is based semi-planar, three electrode topology that enables to produce low power, high performance, thin and selective device can be implemented PET and/or Kapton foil. In addition, it demonstrated the new platform of NO2 manufactured without metallic electrodes which very important from point view environments. shows linear response in range 0-10 ppm, fast response/recovery times (70/60 s, respectively) sensitivity 590 nA/ppm. All layers have prepared cost mass production technology presented technique. This approach allowed fabricate flexible, extremely sensors for environmental monitoring.
