摘要: Crop response to fertilizer nitrogen (N) may vary within a field due variations in soil N and potential yield. To study this, 3-year investigation was started 1998 on 15 ha arable with large texture variability south-west Sweden. Winter wheat grown 2000 spring barley 1999. Using annual trials seven application levels at five sites, curves for yield crude protein (CP) were created economic optimum fertilization rates calculated. Plant-available (Np), moisture, frequency of weeds diseases, accumulation the crop residual mineral measured each site. Differences small between obviously sufficient moisture. Observed differences could instead be explained by Np, local infections fungal diseases or probable losses excess The had no clear effect CP 1999, probably unfavourable weather, bad timing low efficiency. In conclusion, efficiency but not always can improved saved site-specific fertilization, practice uncertainty predicting is an obstacle.
