摘要: In order to obtain a robust dissimilar joint between titanium and aluminum alloy, method of resistance spot welding with cover plate were used weld two kinds material. The interfacial microstructure was observed using transmission electron microscopy. effects parameters on the mechanical properties investigated. An approximately 160 nm thick layer Al solid solution supersaturated Ti at interface, in which contain precipitates TiAl3. Mechanical property analysis suggests that reaction has no effect tensile shear load joint.
