摘要: Total hip arthroplasty is the most common orthopaedic procedure for end-stage diseases. Periprosthetic bone loss closely related to increased risk of implant loosening and periprosthetic fractures, but predictive value mineral density (BMD) measured immediately after surgery has not yet been investigated. From April 2015 October 2017, 64 patients with femoral neck fracture, osteoarthritis, head necrosis, or developmental dysplasia underwent unilateral total arthroplasty. Demographic data, spine, BMD 7 Gruen zones, radiographic parameters preoperatively, 1 week, 3 months, 12 months were collected. A p < 0.05 was considered be statistically significant. Significant decreases found in zone (− 8.0%; p < 0.05), 2 (− 6.3%; (− 8.6%; (− 4.7%; p < 0.05) first postoperative year, compared values week surgery. The relationship between preoperative hip/spine 1 week did reach statistical significance. multiple linear regression analysis illustrated that at end follow-up period negatively affected (β = − 0.703) by surgery, a R2 0.486 (p < 0.05). Similar results also (β = − 0.448, R2 = 0.186; p < 0.05). There marked proximal femur year. spine on THA limited. Higher immediate may guarantee less cementless THA.
