摘要: Objective We examined metabolic and endocrine responses during rest exercise in moderate hypoxia over a 7.5 h time courses daytime. Methods Eight sedentary, overweight men (28.6±0.8 kg/m2) completed four experimental trials: trial normoxia (FiO2 = 20.9%, NOR-Rest), an (NOR-Ex), 15.0%, HYP-Rest), (HYP-Ex). Experimental trials were performed from 8:00 to 15:30 environmental chamber. Blood respiratory gas samples collected h. In the trials, subjects 30 min of pedaling at 60% VO2max 8:00, 10:30, 13:00, rested remaining period each environment. Standard meals provided 8:30, 11:00, 13:30. Results The areas under curves for blood glucose serum insulin concentrations did not differ among trials. At baseline, %carbohydrate contribution was significantly higher hypoxic than normoxic (P<0.05). Although promoted carbohydrate oxidation NOR-Ex HYP-Ex post-exercise (P<0.05). Conclusion Three sessions (60% VO2max) attenuate postprandial young, men. However, enhanced when conducted hypoxia.
