摘要: A computerized system for processing spin-echo magnetic resonance (MR) imaging data was implemented to estimate whole brain (gray and white matter) cerebrospinal fluid volumes display three-dimensional surface reconstructions of specified tissue classes. The techniques were evaluated by assessing the radiometric variability MR volume comparing automated manual procedures measuring volumes. Results showed (a) homogeneity (b) that consistently superior techniques. Both techniques, however, affected complexity structure, with simpler structures (eg, intracranial cavity) showing less better spatial correlation segmentation results between raters. Moreover, completed in a fraction time required complete equivalent manually. Additional evaluations included interrater reliability an evaluation longitudinal measurement, which one subject imaged sequentially 24 times, computed from collected three raters over 1 year. good procedures.
