摘要: The invention discloses a transcriptome sequencing and RNAseq data analysis method. method comprises the following steps: 1, firstly, extracting Total RNA (total RNA), preparing library sequencing; 4, acquiring original data, performing various types of statistical functional annotation; 5, from different individuals, quality assessment (QC) on sequence annotation.
