摘要: The effects of isoproterenol, phenylephrine, and norepinephrine were studied in an experimental canine preparation which cardio-pulmonary bypass permitted exclusion the heart lungs, allowed continuous measurement alterations intravascular blood volume. In all experiments beta adrenergic receptor stimulator, resulted a decrease systemic vascular volume, similar to that observed with alpha stimulating agents, phenylephrine norepinephrine. By use appropriate blocking it was demonstrated venous bed contains both receptors. Thus, contrast opposing actions these receptors arterial bed, stimulation either or produces venoconstriction.
