摘要: Abstract There is a high market demand for the dried bulb of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. because its use to treat airway inflammatory and endocrine system diseases. Although F. requires more potassium than nitrogen phosphorus during development, response has rarely been studied. Field experiments were conducted in 2016/2017 2017/2018 with two cultivars under six levels fertilization (0, 40, 80, 120, 160 200 kg K2O ha−1) investigate effects application on yield, quality, utilization efficiency. Results showed that increased quality (peimine peiminine content), net income by 6.4–23.8 %, 2.1–26.6 % 47.7–205.4 respectively. More biomass partitioned underground parts when increased. The yield positively correlated accumulation part. economic benefit stable at 120–160 ha−1, while efficiency was reasonable 80–120 ha−1. In summary, an effective strategy simultaneously improve thunbergii. Considering environmental benefits, rate 120 ha−1 optimal cultivation.
