摘要: Signal analysis of electro(cardio)grams during ventricular fibrillation (VF) in dogs and human patients indicates more organization regularity than the official WHO definition suggests. The majority signal is characterized by a power spectrum with narrow, equidistant peaks. In further classification electrograms according to their histogram, autocorrelation function bicoherency spectrum, VF under "normal" conditions tends two categories: 1) damping within 2 sec symmetrical histogram without significant bicoherencies or 2) asymmetrical significant bicoherencies. hypoxic shows no autocorrelation, high bicoherencies flat two-peaked histogram.
