摘要: Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNSTs) are rare soft tissue commonly arising from roots in the extremities with a predilection neurofibromatosis (NF) patients. MPNSTs known to behave aggressively, worse prognosis nonresectable cases, and 5-year survival of about 52% 15% resectable unresectable respectively. Although cytological diagnosis case NF-1 is possible, however, absence any associated syndrome sporadic case, it very challenging accurately diagnose this tumor. Till date, best our knowledge, only three cases epithelioid MPNST correctly diagnosed on examination have been described. We presenting another 40-year-old patient stigmata since childhood, fine-needle aspiration cytology left flank mass subsequent histopathology inguinal lymph node metastasis.
