摘要: Successful root canal therapy relies on the combination of proper instrumentation, irrigation, and obturation canal. Of these three essential steps therapy, irrigation is most important determinant in healing periapical tissues. The primary endodontic treatment goal must thus be to optimize disinfection prevent reinfection. In this review literature, various irrigants interactions between are discussed. We performed a Medline search for English-language papers published untill July 2010. keywords used were 'root irrigants' 'endodontic irrigants.' reference lists each article manually checked additional articles relevance.
