摘要: We sought to study the effect of propranolol co-administration with oxytocin during latent and active phases labor on outcomes. searched Medline, Scopus, ClinicalTrials.gov Cochrane Central Register databases. The meta-analysis was performed RevMan 5.1 software. Six studies were included in present which enrolled 609 parturient. According findings our study, administration phase effectively reduces cesarean section rates (OR 0.49, 95 % CI 0.27, 0.89). However, this beneficial is not observed labor. 5 min neonatal Apgar scores are influenced by its (MD −0.07, −0.017, 0.02). Respectively, admissions a NICU similar those neonates exposed only 0.96, 0.36, 2.53). Propranolol’s duration various stages underreported, however, evidence seem support that it shortens possibly total Firm results are, precluded due low number parturient significant methodological heterogeneity studies.
