摘要: BACKGROUND In the International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) judo Classes B1, B2, and B3 compete against each other within weight- gender-specific categories. B1 athletes are totally blind, whereas B2 partially sighted. The aim of this study was to examine impact degree vision impairment on fight outcomes. METHODS We analyzed 1936 fights from official competitions compare win ratio in between discordant Classes. RESULTS won 34.8%, 36.5%, = 50.6%. percent IBSA decreased 25.9% 2007 19.4% 2016, while total number participants increased over period. CONCLUSIONS These findings confirm that blind have fewer chances a Judo become member National Team. Loss functions affects movement coordination, balance, emotional state, which important for martial arts may explain why more likely lose either or B3. Creation evidence-based sport-specific classification system and/or improvement technical rules necessary fair competitions.
