摘要: Monoclonal antibodies are useful not only for diagnostic applications but also therapeutic treatments in tumors and immunological diseases [1] [2]. Since hybridoma technology was established, a lot of studies have been done to produce monoclonal efficiently. High density culture cells is considered be the most efficient way antibodies. A variety high systems developed [3] [4]. The medium used based on growth kinetics low cell (below 3x10 cells/ml) batch cultures [5] very little research has which suitable [6]. This paper deals with possibility improving productivity modified medium.
