摘要: The effects of vitamin A and hydrocortisone on the immune response have been studied in mouse. Vitamin treatment alone markedly increases normal number antibody-forming cells generated spleen to immunization with sheep red blood cells. antibody dinitrophenylated ovalbumin (DNP-OVA), a hapten-protein conjugate, is also enhanced by pretreatment. Furthermore, immunosuppressive effect can be prevented simultaneous administration A.
