摘要: AbstractWater–energy–food (WEF) entanglement is intensifying and technology being presented as a crucial solution. But time again the implemented alternative manifests results contrary to objectives of design or management. To advance water security, transparent complete input–output methodologies are needed. Here, Sefficiency (sustainable efficiency) framework used reason through systemic analyses options for WEF schemes by using quantity within comprehensive balance, quality benefits in multilevel water-use system. An energy regime (cost normalized functions) compute performance four cases that show flaws both conceptually practically current policy scientific tendencies.
