摘要: Probably the first successful operation for a posterior circulation aneurysms was performed by Olivercrona in 1932 right peripheral inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) aneurysms, which trapped and excised [4]. A basilar aneurysm surgically treated Gillingham 1958. Drake (1961), Logue (1964), Jamieson (1964) pioneered utilization of subtemporal approach treatment aneurysms. In 1975, Yasargil et al. reported frontolateral route to bifurcation (BA-BIF) [10]. technical note transsylvian terminal portion lateral suboccipital vertebral will be discussed from our experience.
