摘要: In recent years, molecular communication (MC) is considered as a transformative paradigm in the theory and promising solution to future nanoscale networks. this article, novel framework introduced for diffusion-based MC shown how its capacity impacted by effects of chemical reactions which were neglected existing literature. Particularly, corresponding complex balanced reaction networks are studied work. With an information-theoretic approach, where taken into account. Then, individual entropy derivations addressed at transmitter with network theory. Finally, mutual information derived based on these analytical expressions accordingly. Numerical results exhibit interactions between different parameters show that actually decreases when considered, implying without was overestimated previous studies. Consequently, proposed analyzes fundamental limits provides more realistic derivation comprising limitations imposed reactions, hence applicable various scenarios.
