摘要: Abstract Abiotic stresses affect crop productivity worldwide. Understanding molecular mechanisms of plant abiotic stress tolerance is important for developing tolerant plants sustaining in the future. Prosopis juliflora (Sw) DC (mesquite) a leguminous tree species to drought and heavy metal stress. We subjected P. seedlings salt carried out whole transcriptome profiling leaf root tissues. Assessing global changes under resulted identification several genes contributing responses this species. Overall, more transcriptomic were observed tissue compared tissue. The study identified responsive commonly differently regulated stress/tissue conditions. A high percentage downregulated by specifically coding various ribosomal proteins. also indicated possible role ‘centrins’ responses. Our data will facilitate further studies on juliflora. DEGs from our results are potential candidates understanding engineering plants.
