摘要: Abstract The strength of hybrid metal and plastic joints is strongly influenced by the surface roughness metal. Although many investigations on change in shear adhesively bonded due to roughening have been published, it not completely understood how different mean indexes Ra directly joined plastic-metal-parts correlate resulting strength. This paper describes a schematic - curve for specimens an experimental one direct injection molded which reconciled with state art. Roughening realized grit blasting using fused alumina. After that, coated PA 6.6 30% short glass fiber tests are carried out. It can be concluded that increasing increases first maximum, then decreases finally again. Direct samples exhibit similar trend. difference second increase significantly more pronounced, leading maximum nearly twice as high one. explained lower adhesive compared pronounced so called area effects, notch effects thickness effects. By they promote cohesive fracture detrimental but beneficial samples. To further explain results, FEM model predict probability failure, expected stress failure mode developed. FE-analyses confirm explanatory approach joint dependence value.
