摘要: Forestry professionals’ attitudes towards risk and uncertainty under climate change, together with their perception about suitability of adaptation strategies, were investigated in Central Europe. We applied an original methodology based on lottery choices to quantify attitude, combined a questionnaire study the change. tested hypothesis that higher aversion respondents, trend changing business-as-usual adaptive decisions. The result falsifies research since has no effect, whereas negative impact decision adapt. argue any change is than expected European forestry. conclude having access novel information impacts taking into account institutional challenges supportive experiences useful may convince forestry professionals adapt future.
