摘要: Maturation of oocytes from primordial follicles after cryopreservation ovarian tissue with subsequent in vitro fertilisation would be an important method infertility treatment for young women who are to undergo premature failure due chemotherapy or genetic causes. Cryopreservation human is already feasible. Human can cultured regularly secondary and occasionally early antral stages, yet cultures have further optimised before meiotically competent achieved final maturation vitro. (IVM) obtained by aspiration small a feasible technique resulting pregnancies, many healthy infants born.
