摘要: The power of a complete picture energy-weather information can be used for novel energy saving algorithms in home-climate systems. Exploiting the human biological clock, we recently proposed to optimize climate systems by allowing correlation between inside and outside temperatures, while preserving maximal comfort. Following our earlier disclosure on Gas Energy Observatory, here disclose detailed description battery-free wireless weather station reliable, long-term maintenance-free measurements. It is solar powered. Combined with storage high-voltage capacitors using introduced low-cost step-up step-down DC-DC converters, versatile burst-source created. Energies few J per day suffice measurement, data-collection data transmission bursts central data-processing device nearby home. Provided as high-volume consumer product, residential gathered over internet creating observation system unprecedented areal coverage spatial resolution at no additional cost—serving modern research studies global warming.
