摘要: Reconstruction following excision of cancers involving the pelvis, perineum, or vagina is complex for many reasons. First, perineum exit site three separate epithelialized structures—the rectum and gastrointestinal tract, urethra urologic in women, gynecologic tract. Second, deep location pelvis difficult to access, vaginal areas are relatively remote from common flap donor sites. Third, unyielding nature bony acts block wound contracture as a means healing. And fourth, associated with multiple sexual, reproductive, body image issues variable importance each patient. This chapter will elucidate some reconstructive options unique intra-abdominal vagina, buttocks.
