摘要: The invention relates to new techniques for managing wireless digital communications subscribers' mobile, devices, such as cellular telephones. A network having the capability download programming data over-the-air directly a subscriber's device communicates with an intelligent system that processes complex inputs, discovers problems from and formulates individualized solutions discovered problems. also searches for, retrieves, necessary solving problems; triggers establish link device; then downloads over-the-air.
