摘要: Purpose To assess the diagnostic potential and accuracy of CDS in diagnosis management visceral artery stenosis young patients with abdominal pain. Method 126 1.8 m/s exspiration inspiration was regarded as a respiratory fixed stenosis. This followed by intraarterial digital subtraction angiography (i.a. DSA) including visualization pancreaticoduodenal (PDA), and, if confirmed, operation. again performed follow-up. Results CA were found 19 (mean age 28.9 y). 4 fixed, 2 combined SMA stenoses or occlusion, all proved i.a. DSA. The others had no evidence stenoses. operated postoperatively immediately well. One intermediate pain SMA-bypass which successfully treated PTA. dietary procedures regularly controlled CDS. Conclusion Ligamentary is rare, but may lead to considerable weight loss. Hemodynamicly significant are Vmax.syst. > Vmax.diast. = 1 m/s; DSA often shows retrograde perfusion PDA. Such should be surgically.
