摘要: This paper describes two newly developed low-cost thermoelectric infrared imaging sensors, having a 48 × 32 element focal plane array (FPA) and 120 90 FPA, respectively, experimental vehicle systems. The FPAs provide high responsivity of 2.100 V/W 3.900 V/W, respectively. are basically fabricated with conventional IC process micromachining technologies have low cost potential. One system incorporated in the Nissan ASV-2 is blind spot pedestrian warning that employs four sensors. helps alert driver to presence by detecting radiation emitted from person’s body. can also prevent moving direction pedestrian. other rearview camera an detection function. consists visible it rear spot. sensor performance suitable for use various safety occupant comfort
