摘要: A high strength, non-woven fibrous material is prepared by (a) mixing an aqueous slurry of a negatively charged, water-insoluble natural or synthetic fiber blend fibers with amount up to the charge reversal point structured particle latex having pH independent cationic charges bound at near surface form suspension, (b) draining water from suspension wet web (c) pressing and (d) drying heating.
