eHealth and mHealth Interventions for Ethnic Minority and Historically Underserved Populations in Developed Countries: an Umbrella Review

摘要: Health disparities among historically disadvantaged populations can undermine the effectiveness of eHealth and mHealth interventions limit their acceptability diverse community members. The twin aims this umbrella review systematic reviews (SRs) are to summarise evidence on characteristics underserved in developed counties provide recommendations organizers, policy makers researchers. Comprehensive searches were conducted bibliographic databases, Google Scholar references lists for SRs published English between 2000 2019. selected following a protocol registered with PROSPERO. Two independent reviewers involved selection appraisal process, quality assessment data extraction process. Six met inclusion criteria review. six concerned delivered by computer programmes, cell-phones or other electronic devices. studies reported improvements physiological well-being, health knowledge self-management, as well psychosocial outcomes. This concludes researches formation guidelines, target members development directions future research.
