摘要: ‘Environmental justice’ refers to the human right a healthy and safe environment, fair share of natural resources, access environmental information participation in decision-making. Some analysts have argued that justice is undermined by political economy capitalism. This paper builds on this analysis evaluating situation Cuba, country where there little capitalist influence. Evidence based participant observation interviews as well secondary quantitative data. The research findings suggest Cuba fares relatively terms justice, but still faces number challenges regarding quality its environment some aspects decision-making process. However, many ongoing problems can be attributed global pressures.
