摘要: A hydrogenation reactor with palladium as a catalytic membrane permeated by hydrogen was designed and the mechanism of ethylene analyzed. It demonstrated experiment that, where resistance mass transfer in gas film can be neglected, range partial pressure distinctly separated into two domains: one domain overall reaction rate is approximately proportional to another equal permeation vacuum at constant pressure. The analysis that domains correspond chemical limitation diffusion through membrane, respectively. also distinct separation due large value k0/ki, , which ratio constants dissolution out membrane. In addition, it permeatation scarcely affected change under certain condition. This good agreement experimental results.
