摘要: Purpose: Testicular torsion is a urological emergency. Failure of timely intervention for this issue leads the testicles to go into necrosis. If left untreated, it can lead loss reproductive organs. The aim study was examine role aliskiren in testicular and detorsion injuries.Materials Methods: Rats were divided 8 groups 12 each, including no torsion-detorsion, no torsion-detorsion plus 200 mg/kg orally, torsion, torsion-detorsion, 100 200 mg/kg orally orally. Aliskiren administered 30 minutes before ischemia reperfusion, also 24 hours experimental protocol all treatment groups.
