摘要: Abstract Background Dysregulation of miRNAs is closely involved with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) progression, oncogenesis and signalling pathways. The aim this study was to investigate differences in expression HCC tissue comparison healthy liver tissue, as well explore the key miRNA-targeted genes. Methods Gene Chip microarray analysis used analyse differentially expressed (DEMs) tissues, qRT-PCR performed validate top 9 downregulated miRNAs. Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes pathway (KEGG) enrichment analyses were for target genes using DAVID database. A protein-protein interaction (PPI) network created by STRING visualised Cytoscape. Three online miRNA databases utilised aid prediction targeted 10 significantly altered DEMs. Results In total, 153 upregulated 206 identified tissue. increased decreased 6 1060, respectively. Moreover, FOXO1 projected be regulated all twenty PPI constructed that consisted 956 nodes 1298 edges. Four significant modules, consisting 66 hub genes, detected from system via MCODE. Functional demonstrated have a vital function cancer development advancement. Conclusion summary, our DEMs major possible molecular mechanisms underlie HCC, providing novel insights treatment approaches.
