摘要: Enchondromata are benign cartilaginous tumours which arise in intramedullary bone, predominantly affecting the metaphyses of long bones.1 Lesions can occur isolation or at numerous sites, with latter termed multiple enchondromatosis. Ollier’s disease (WHO terminology),2 named after French surgeon Louis Ollier who first reported on condition 1898, is defined as presence enchondromata unilateral distribution.3 The major orthopaedic manifestations usually appear decade life, consisting skeletal deformity, limb length discrepancy and pathological fractures.1,4,5 may be associated soft tissue hemangiomas a called Maffucci syndrome.6
