摘要: Phased-array images have been obtained in vivo with a steered copolymer array operating at 2.5 MHz. The was fabricated using 28 μm film, λ/4 resonant 21 MHz, which bonded to glass ceramic backing thin film bond. 32 elements were created by laser ablation of the continuous gold electrode on one side film. transducer driven 200 V shock excitation, and received signal processed custom IC preamplifiers that mounted connector. amplifiers had high input impedance compared their output matched coaxial cable connected scanner. Because broad bandwidth, spectrum pulse echo image modified frequency dependent attenuation tissue bandpass ultrasound scanner, resulting center performance 3 PZT similar dimensions. On Duke phased-array sensitivity dB less than PZT. 6 pulse-echo angular response 30°, interelement cross-coupling -35 dB. made heart 25 year-old normal male.
