摘要: Understanding functional relationships within ecological networks can help reveal keys to ecosystem stability or fragility. Revealing these is complicated by the difficulties of isolating variables performing experimental manipulations a natural ecosystem, and thus inferences are often made matching models observational data. Such models, however, require assumptions—or detailed measurements—of parameters such as birth death rate, encounter frequency, territorial exclusion, predation success. Here, we evaluate use Bayesian network inference algorithm, which based upon species habitat abundance alone. We test algorithm's performance applicability on data avian communities in Peak District National Park, United Kingdom. The resulting correctly known among types interspecific relationships. In addition, produced novel insights into structure identified key with high connectivity. Thus, show potential for becoming valuable tool analysis.
