摘要: Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD) is a major and tragic complication of number cardiovascular diseases. While in the older populations, SCD most frequently caused by underlying coronary artery disease heart failure, those aged under 40 years, causes commonly include genetic disorders, such as inherited cardiomyopathies primary arrhythmogenic As part evaluation families which has occurred, role testing evolved an important feature both establishing diagnosis screening at-risk family relatives. Specifically, cases where no definitive cause identified at postmortem, i.e. Unexpected (SUD), "molecular autopsy" emerged key process investigation death. The combination clinical SUD occurred provides platform for early initiation therapeutic prevention strategies, with ultimate goal to reduce sudden death among young our communities.
