摘要: In recent years the vertical organization of meat supply chains has been among most vividly discussed topics in agriculture and food industry. Many authors hypothesize that contracts integration are paramount for future competitiveness pork production. Although there is a broad spectrum theories concerning chains, arguments so far based on Transaction Cost Economics. this paper we contribute to theoretical foundation ongoing discussion by referring broader and, thus, shed new somewhat different light question, which form might be efficient one German sector. Furthermore, present empirical evidence farmers’ attitude towards contracts. It concluded search “one best way organizing” production misdirected coexistence ways organizing can expected even long run.
