摘要: An oleaginous fungus, Mortierella isabellina, able to transform efficiently sugar storage lipid, was used as a model microorganism which develops biofilm structure during the semi-solid fermentation process for production of biodiesel from sweet sorghum. A mathematical developed describe fungal oil in M. isabellina biofilm. The describes diffusion and consumption sugars nitrogen sorghum single cell biofilm, grows according kinetics double-substrate limitation (sugars nitrogen) with inhibition. Experimental data previous experimental study were determine kinetic parameters model. Maximum thickness percentage lipid inside estimated using at 1892 μm 15%, respectively. proposed could prove useful tool designing processes.
