摘要: BACKGROUND Video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) lobectomy provides a minimally invasive alternative for management of early stage non-small cell lung cancer, but is still only performed in few specialized centers around the world. Questions about safety and its adequacy as cancer operation remain hurdles many surgeons. METHODS We systematic review literature on VATS to assess these questions.
