QoE-Aware Intelligent Vertical Handoff Scheme Over Heterogeneous Wireless Access Networks

摘要: As a measurement, quality of service (QoS) has been commonly taken into account in the traditional vertical handoff schemes for heterogeneous wireless access networks. However, QoS is not sufficient to correlate well with user satisfaction. In this paper, experience (QoE) introduced decision mechanism and random neural network -based QoE estimation proposed determine correlation between addition, Q-learning-based algorithm, designated as QoE-Q presented order maximize utility users. It can be observed from simulation results that method only outperforms existing enhanced call blocking probability dropping property but also obtains better performance charges terminal power consumption than other schemes.
