摘要: Early studies of the neuronal activity basal ganglia neurons in MPTP primate model disease (Miller and DeLong, 1987;Filion Tremblay, 1991) human patients undergoing streotaxic surgeries (see reviews (Lang Lozano, 1998a;Lang 1998b;Vitek Giroux, 2000)) focused on changes firing rates these neurons. Firing patterns networks are also dramatically altered following MPTP-treatment. There is an increase percentage that discharge bursts. These bursts either irregular or oscillatory (periodic) have been found striatum (Raz et al., 1996), STN (Bergman 1994), GPe GPi 1991;Boraud 1998; Raz 2000;Bergman 1994;Nini 1995;Wichmann 1999) recently primary motor cortex (Goldberg et. al, this volume). Physiological PD cells whose modulated tremor frequency range thalamus, (Hutchison 1997; Lenz 1988; Magnin 2000).
