摘要: This study explored the influence of metal ion addition on specific anaerobic ammonium oxidation activity (SAA). Batch assays were used to demonstrate enhancement SAA upon Cu2+, Ni2+ and Fe3+. The was enhanced by 41.0% when Cu2+ concentration below 1 mg L−1, while it improved 63.5% at concentrations 1.74 L−1. An 533.2% obtained 3.68 L−1 Fe3+ supplied. effects Fe3+, analyzed optimized a response surface methodology, which demonstrated that interaction between significant 6.61 1.18 1.11 optimal values for dosing. Subsequently, an Fe3+–Cu2+–Ni2+ continuous test carried out under conditions revealed could stimulate reactor potential ambient temperature. maximum nitrogen removal rate (NRR) 52.8% higher than control (8.1 versus 5.3 kg N m−3 d−1). Moreover, conducted adding achieved average efficiency NRR 67.4% 4.9 d−1, respectively, corresponding 64.7% 4.1 respectively. Altogether, appropriate dosages can significantly enhance improve capacity
