摘要: BACKGROUND: The coagulopathy in cirrhosis is associated with thrombosis and bleeding. OBJECTIVES: To gain better insights into the patients cirrhosis, we evaluated plasma thrombin generation whole blood clot formation a cross-sectional study. METHODS: Blood was collected from 73 all-cause (Child-Pugh-A n=52, B n=15, C n=6) 20 healthy controls. Activity of coagulation pathways were measured assays for factor VIIa IXa-antithrombin Xa-antithrombin complexes, respectively. Thrombin by Calibrated Automated Thrombography determined platelet poor using 1 or 5 pM tissue trigger with/without thrombomodulin. ROTEM-measurements performed triggered 35 without/with 175ng/ml Plasminogen Activator (the latter refered to as'tPA-ROTEM'). RESULTS: We observed an increased moderately elevated amount IXa (in complex antithrombin) without apparent increase X activation cirrhosis. In accordance this prothrombotic state, markers potential also upon increasing severity clotting assay delayed decreased strength severity. No significant differences found tPA-ROTEM parameters degradation. CONCLUSION: These results indicate that have overall procoagulant milieu but capacity apparently unaltered resistance lysis.
