摘要: ABSTRACT Control of proliferation rat liver epithelial cells which exhibit density-dependent inhibition was studied in both normal and transformed under different experimental conditions. The hepatic is limited not only by the surface available for cellular spreading, but also putative inhibitors produced these cells. In contrast, mainly growth surface. fate plated over a cell monolayer time-lapse photography. merged with did divide, hepatoma affected base cell-cycle-times were determined from film placed center or on periphery colony. cell-cycle-time considerably longer peripheral (27.8 ± 8.0 hr) compared central (16.5 3.2 hr). Out thirteen colony at start experiment, ten had undergone division during 60-hr observation period. progeny three divide again, few divided twice this any particular synchronously, suggests that each non-malignant controlled its extracellular micro-environment.
